I’ve worked in dentistry for almost 9 years, both as a dental nurse and now as a dental receptionist. I’m very patient-focused, chatty, and friendly, and I really enjoy being front-facing with patients — helping ensure your journey feels smooth, comfortable, and well-informed from the moment you arrive.
One of my favourite parts of the job is the people I work with. We’re like one big family here, and that atmosphere is something our patients often notice. I love when patients come out of treatment feeling confident and happy, and they stop by the desk to tell me how well it went and how glad they are that they took the step.
My belief is that the hardest part is simply showing up. If you can do that, you can do anything. Share how you feel, ask questions, and know that we’re here to support you.
